  • Rock fans and collectors spent almost $876,000on day 1 and a grand total of more than $1.6 million on an eclectic array of KISS paraphernalia. a list and sell price of some items:

    The top price of $189,500 was paid for a set of four original costumes from the group's ``Alive'' reunion world tour of 1996-1997. The campy black garb came displayed on mannequins depicting the quartet in full face makeup.

  • Four similar costumes, taken from the group's "Psycho Circus'' tour of 1998-1999, sold for $145,500, within their estimated range of $100,000-$150,000.

  • A bucket of stage blood produced for Simmons to spew on stage sold for $546.
    a pair of Simmons' custom- made platform shoes made of pink leather and snakeskin was a steal at just $632.

  • A Spector electric bass used by Simmons on various tours between 1977 and 1998 fetched the top price for a guitar, selling for $21,850.

  • A poster from a 1973 New York City show, when admission was just $3.00, went for $3,162.
    $86,250 paid for a set of four original KISS costumes on life-size mannequins from the 1977-78 Love Gun/KISS ALIVE II  tour.

  • $40,250 paid for an original Gene Simmons KISS axe-form guitar used on the Creatures of The Night Tour, 1983.

  • $34,500 paid for an original Paul Stanley "star" guitar from the Unmasked/European/Australian Tour era, 1980.

  • $25,875 paid for an original KISS painting of the Love Gun album cover by K.W. Kelly.

  • $20,700 paid for an original Gene Simmons KISS costume on life-size mannequin from the 1975-76 ALIVE! tour.

  • $16,100 paid for an original Paul Stanley KISS costume on life-size mannequin from the 1979 Dynasty Tour .

  • $11,500 paid for an original Gene Simmons personally-owned KISS painting of the Destroyer album by artist Ken Kelly.
